Prospecting Tool Wireline Core Barrel Drilling Deep Holes Double Triple Tub

The series core barrel can be divided into BQ, NQ, HQ, and PQ types. And this series core barrel has advantages of good drilling property, high salvage efficiency and low consumption.
Wire-line core drilling equipment is very commonly used for mineral exploration for deep holes because of practical usage.
Wire line core barrels are used for deep holes, mostly because they do not need couple and uncouple the rod string each time the core is retrieved. An overshot assembly is dropped on a cable and directly connect to the inner tube assembly, allowing fast retrieval of the core after each operation.
The head assembly provides: latching and pivoting spear point mechanisms to allow insertion and retrieval of the inner tube assembly, a bearing assembly to allow the inner tube to remain stationary and avoid sample damage while drilling, fluid pressure operating indications and fluid control valves.
All head assemblies incorporate a shut off valve assembly which provides a fluid pressure signal to the drill operator when the valve members are compressed, indicating a full or blocked inner tube.
